Bernhard Huessy is a Swiss entrepreneur, an innovation enthusiast and dedicated to horizontal automation across all industries. As a teenager, he started from scratch as an installer of entertainment systems and successfully completed high-end projects in homes, planes and yachts. His experience guided him towards the dream of finding an affordable solution to the problem of interoperability for everyone. He co-founded nomos system AG in 2010. Since then he has been leading the nomos-team and created sophisticated systems that provides customers with all advantages of smart automation and IoT for connectivity, device management as well as interfaces. Today nomos—with its unique hardware security approach, and capability of controlling more than 36’000 protocols– has delivered more than 21’000 systems worldwide.
